ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Nicole Craddock Physiotherapy provides individualized, patient-centred care based on optimizing movement, improving performance and restoring function. We are passionate about what we do and pride ourselves on our dynamic, forward thinking approach for every individual.
Our practice is focused on sports-related injuries and management, neuromusculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions and rehabilitation and exercise.
Initial consultations are 45 -60 minutes long. Payment is to be made up front on the day and may be claimed back from medical aid thereafter. We offer affordable pricing ranging from R570-R610 per appointment.
Nicole Craddock Physiotherapy offers a wide range of services from treating common neuromusculoskeletal-related conditions (such as back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle pain) to sports-related injuries and management as well as post-operative care and return to full function.
NMS AND ORTHOPAEDIC PHYSIOTHERAPY
Assessment and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal and orthopaedic-related conditions ranging from assessing and treating conditions related to activities of daily living and sport, rehabilitation pre-op as well as rehabilitation post-op.
Evidence-based exercise programmes to improve muscle strength and endurance, balance, joint range, muscle power and agility to improve function and allow for effective return to play.
SPORTS INJURY MANAGEMENT
Assessment, treatment and management of sports-related conditions including specific sports related rehabilitation, training load management and advice to allow for effective return to play.
Rehabilitation post-operatively to assess joint range, muscle strength, balance and proprioception to allow for realistic goal setting and individualised rehabilitation programmes to enable full return to function.
MANUAL THERAPY, DRY NEEDLING AND STRAPPING
Adjunctive therapy to rehabilitation and exercise including myofasical techniques, strapping and dry needling to decrease pain, offload and support muscles and joints.
