Nicole completed her pilates course in 2016 through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. She has been teaching both private and group classes since then. Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that concentrates on strengthening your core. However, it is more than just this. Pilates is a great form of exercise to improve general lower limb and upper limb strength, increase one's flexibility and mobility as well as improve balance and co-ordination.
