TREATMENTS OFFERED
A Personal Approach
We believe in treating the whole body rather than treating an injury or medical issue in isolation. That’s why we offer an extensive range of services to help improve movement and function. This is achieved through an exercise-based approached to treatment and rehabilitation.

ASSESSMENT & DIAGNOSIS OF NEUROMUSCULOSKELETAL, SPORTS AND ORTHOPAEDIC CONDITIONS
At Nicole Craddock Physiotherapy we treat a wide variety of muscle, tendon, joint, bone and nerve related conditions. These include: Back and neck pain, joint pain, headaches, muscle strains, ligament sprains, tendon injuries, nerve pathologies, all sports-related injuries as well as pre- and post-operative care and rehabilitation.

POST-OPERATIVE REHABILITATION
Rehabilitation following any orthopaedic surgery with the aim of full return to function beyond pre-operative level. This includes gait re-education, regaining joint range of motion, muscle strength, power and endurance, balance, proprioception and sport-specific function.

MANUAL THERAPY, DRY NEEDLING AND STAPPING
Manual therapy techniques include myofascial release, trigger point therapy and spinal and peripheral joint mobilisations.
Dry Needling is a western based technique used to release the trigger points or tight/shortened structures in the body. The aim is to increase oxygen and blood flow to the area to encourage healing.
Strapping, usually done as adjunct to treatment, is often used to support, offload or activate an injured muscle or joint.
