MANUAL THERAPY, DRY NEEDLING AND STRAPPING

Adjunctive therapy

Manual therapy techniques include myofascial release, trigger point therapy and spinal and peripheral joint mobilisations.

Dry Needling is a western based technique used to release the trigger points or tight/shortened structures in the body. The aim is to increase oxygen and blood flow to the area to encourage healing.

Strapping, usually done as adjunct to treatment, is often used to support, offload or activate an injured muscle or joint.
