For new or experienced runners who are either wanting to follow a structured training programme in preparation for a race or event; or if you are wanting to improve your current level of running/fitness then this is for you. Through the use of Training Peaks you will receive a programme on a weekly basis specifically tailored to your needs. It includes direct contact with the physio as well as a running specific strength programme if needed.
